We want you to love your pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, please read the details below to see if your order is eligible for a return.
📅 Return Window
Return requests are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date (according to tracking). After 14 days, we’re unable to accept returns.
💗 Item Condition Requirements
All returned items must be:
- Brand new & unworn
- Unwashed
- Odor-free
- With all original tags attached (if any)
- In the original packaging
Items that arrive used, worn, washed, or not in their original condition will not be eligible.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method so you have proof your return was sent.
💸 Refund Details
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Example: If your order total was $35 and $5 was shipping, your refund would be $30 once the return is approved.

If your order meets all the requirements above, please email us at support@sweetmayhem.com with:
- Full name on the order
- Order number
- Reason for return
Please allow 3–4 business days for our team to review your request. Once approved, we’ll send you the next steps to complete your return.
Important: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds are issued once returned item(s) are received, inspected, and approved. Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements will not be accepted. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
