Returns
Returns are eligible for store credit only within 7 days of delivery date (according to tracking records). To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be brand new, unwashed, tags attached (if any), and odorless. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items excluded from returns include:
-Sale Items
-Accessories

The Process
Email a return request to returns.shopsweetmayhem.com including:
-Your full name
-Order Number
-Items being returned
-Reason for return

Once we receive and approve your request, we will send over instructions on how to go forward with the return.

*PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs. Once clothing is received, inspected, and approved, you will receive an invoice via email for the shipping cost of the exchange item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Furthermore, it is not guaranteed desired exchange item(s) will still be available once we receive your returned items. In the case that we have sold out of your desired item(s), we will inform you via email.
